PEEKSKILL, NY and YONKERS, NY – January 3, 2014 -- It was announced on Thursday, January 2, 2014,  that Legislator John Testa (Pictured top right) will lead the seven member Republican Caucus of the Westchester County Board of Legislators (WCBoL) for the 2014-2015 legislative term.  Legislator Gordon A. Burrows (pictured bottom right) will continue in his leadership role as Minority Whip.  The announcement came from outgoing Minority Leader, Legislator James Maisano.  Legislators Testa and Burrows received unanimous
