Notice is hereby given, pursuant to law, that the City Council of the City of Yonkers, New York will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 17th, 2014, at 7:30 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 40 South Broadway, Yonkers, New York 10701, on the following General Ordinance, to wit:

A proposedGeneral Ordinance amending General Ordinance No. 4-2000 also known as chapter 43 of the Code of the City of Yonkers, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Yonkers, and the accompanying Zoning Map by amending said map to change the Zone Classification of Block 2299, Lots 7 and 50; Block 5485, Lot 1; Block 5488, Lots 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, and 40 from its respective present “CM” Zone District classification into an “S-50” Zone District Classification.
